Guests who need groceries can either order them via delivery applications such as Happy Fresh or Lotus’s or visit Jaya Grocer, Bens Grocer or Lotus’s all within 5 minutes distance of the development.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to access the various amenities that are available at the development - children’s playground, mini golf, sauna.

The swimming pool is located the same floor the unit is on, so you will have unparalleled access to the pool. The stunningly designed pool is accessible to all guests from 6.30am to 10pm.

• Smoking is only allowed at the balcony. Please do not smoke in the unit.

• Food delivery is always available on Grab Food, Food Panda or the myriad of food delivery services available in the area however occupants are advised to pick up their deliveries from the lobby as the delivery agents are not allowed up to the unit.

• The unit is to be kept tidy and clean as possible and the cost of any damage will be charged back to the guests. Rubbish disposal room is at the lift lobby area on the same floor the unit is on.

• Each guest is allowed one covered car park. However, if the guests are having visitors over, all visitor vehicles must register at the guard house and thereupon will be given a visitor car park. Please note that the visitor car park is only free for several hours and any vehicles parked overnight will be imposed with an overnight charge of RM 5 per night.
