'One of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The location was perfect making everything walkable. The property itself was amazing, the room and the amenities were well maintained. Tony was an amazing host, very helpful and friendly. He helped us with taxis, local spots and even took us to a place to watch the football. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking to visit Ksamil'

'Here’s the extra-enthusiastic version: Absolutely perfect! Spotless, modern rooms with AC and a mini kitchen. Steps from the beach, restaurants, and bars. Gorgeous pool and garden. The owners were incredible – they picked us up and even drove us to Sarandë. Warm, friendly, and couldn’t do enough for us. Can’t wait to come back! '

'If you're looking for just another 5 star hotel - this is not the place to go. But if you're looking for a 5 star experience, you have come to the right place. Shawn and Kyle have created a very peaceful place to relax. Nice, comfortable houses, beautiful surroundings including an eco-pool, very good food. '

'Flower Garden Villa was a truly lovely place to stay. The room itself was SO clean, very spacious and has everything needed. Basic kitchen amenities and a little balcony! Some lovely seating outside too which is very nice if you want to be around pretty flowers! Location is perfect as you are tucked away from the business but only a short 5 minute walk away to the beach and supermarket, ATM and restaurants! It's perfect! '
