Istrian house with an infinity pool and a sea view close to the beach

Charming house "Navis" with the infinity pool set in a quiet location surrounded by forests. It is located at the bottom of the mountain massive Učka with the Nature Park that beholds one of the most attractive lookouts in Croatia. From the house you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the island of Cres. Distance from the house to the sea is about 400 meters airline.
In the house there are two comfortable separate apartments. Each apartment has a kitchen, dining room, living room and two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. The upper floor apartment has a beautiful covered terrace where you can have the most beautiful morning coffee with a magical sunrise. In this apartment the inner stairs lead to a lovely romantic room in the attic.
From the ground floor apartment you can enjoy a direct view of the pool that conjoins with the surface of the sea. The advantage of the house Navis is that 8 + 2 guests can spend time together and share the garden or the pool and at the same time they can have the intimacy of staying in 2 separate apartments.
Baby bed and baby chair are at your disposal and they are free of charge.
In the garden, there is a covered terrace with the fireplace, barbecue and seating for eight or more. Near the beautiful swimming pool (36 m2), there is garden furniture and sun loungers for 8 persons. We offer you private parking spaces for 4 cars. Behind the house there is a room for doing laundry.
By idyllic walking through the woods you can come to the beautiful pebble beach in untouched nature (see the road and the beach in the pictures). The distance from the house to the pebble beach is about 900 m (20 minutes walk).
Cultural and touristic sites, such as Opatija, Plomin, Labin, Rabac, with a great gastronomic offer are located near the house (10, 20 and 30 min. by car).
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to owner's allergy to animal hair.
