The apartment is located on the lower floor of a detached house in Freest. The 75m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a bedroom, a living room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment is seprat in the house but can be reached via a common entrance with the users of the upper floor. In the outdoor area is a parking space available and a terrace offers the opportunity to barbecue or to end the evening. Furthermore, in the garden play facilities (playground, sandpit) for children are available. A carport offers a garaging for bicycles.

Holiday:
The apartment on the ground floor has 75m ² a bedroom with double bed (180x200cm, separate mattresses), a living room can sleep 2 people on a pull-out sofa bed (about 160x200cm mattress). There is also another sitting area with couch and armchairs, as well as a TV and a dining table. An extra bed for one person is possible through a folding bed in the bedroom. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster. The fridge has a small freezer. The bathroom has a shower, bath and toilet, and there is also a washing machine (4, - per wash) available.

Arrivals are possible from 17:00 to 19:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
