'Truly a great stay'

'The staff knew us all by name. We stayed in the 3-bedroom park suite, which is probably the nicest suite I’ve ever stayed in. We’ve been guests at the other high-end hotels on Palm Beach, and I must say that White Elephant is my favorite due to the incredible, friendly service, cleanliness, and overall experience of a smaller hotel.'

'Here's the GOOD & the BAD from someone who's stayed here over 10 times... THE GOOD: This hotel is gorgeous, and it's a must-see if you're going to be on Palm Beach Island, which is totally different from West Palm Beach. You're right on the beach, which is great if that's what you're looking for. The staff is very helpful, there are 4 pools (2 of which are adults-only), lots of restaurants, stores, and stunning gardens! It's worth staying here at least once in your life. THE BAD: This hotel is...

'Bed is very small. '

'I was happy with everything.'

'Love the breakfast!'

'The staff at this hotel was incredible. Friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay here again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.'

'The property location is great. I enjoyed my stay until the last night when the bedding was not tucked in properly. Plus a toiletry item was found to be missing from our room. Otherwise it was great and the breakfast was great each morning.'
