Simply amazing!
This hotel is simple AMAZING. You can read all the positive reviews you want, just book it allready. A high standard hotel sets itself apart by details like flooral heating the bathroom, fancy showerhead massager and very quite rooms with double isolated glass windows to keep out nightly noises from the city. Furthermore, the lovely underground spa with dry and wet sauna’s and a bubble bath with all kinds of bubble-options. Those details make a stay one to remember and come back to. It’s a well designed hotel in the center of Krakow. It’s spotless, with well behaved staff and don’t even get me started about the royal breakfast buffet where nothing is to much to ask. Egg’s are made on order by the morning chef and fruit-smoothies are freshly made to go with that too. This is absolutely one of my personal top 5 hotels ever. Take room 311 if you have a chance: It’s a corner room that offers a double french balcony, it’s probably an upgrade from standard, but it’s absolutely lush. One thing though: concierge desk (same as front desk) It would be nice if they offered a bit more to do than a brochure for the electric golfcar audio tours through the city. Does not fit the standard of the hotel, have something unique to offer. :)

We boekten een luxe tweepersoonskamer maar er was maar één lavabo en douche. Tweede lavabo + ligbad wordt wel verwacht in een luxekamer in een 5-sterrenhotel. Ook het restaurant is beneden niveau voor een dergelijk hotel.

Extremely quiet hotel considering it was located approx 5 min walk from the main square and the pedestrian area is busy. The hotel and rooms are beautiful, located in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars, and walkable to many attractions. The reception staff is young and their English is adequate unless you have an issue, then they struggle with explanations or directions. We booked a spa package for 2 at the upstairs reception because there was no one at the spa reception, and when we arrived there was only one massage room. They could only do one person but we were never told that by them when they earlier had to rebook our reservation. Very disappointing to excitedly get into our robes and go down to the spa only to find we had to go back to our room and dress for something else to do. The tv (very important to Americans) had about 5 channels and none were in English, no movies to relax to. No VIP access as promised by Expedia, weren’t offered champagne reception or anything else. If it were run by more seasoned staff it may have been a better experience.

Great location for seeing Krakow. Everything in walking distance. The spa is amazing ! Rooms are clean and spacious. The only downside is the noise that comes from the bar/club opposite until early hours of the morning. TV in room could do with more English channels only had Euro News and no connection for Netflix etc overall a great hotel and would defo recommend

Great hotel and location. I have stayed there twice and would return. Unfortunately a karaoke/ night club has opened across the side street. If your room faces the side street it will be noisy all night.

Excellent hotel in centre of Krakow Old Town
Very nice hotel in an excellent position in the centre of Krakow old town. Understated comfort. Great room with heaps of space, large comfortable bed and lovely spacious bathroom. Also very quiet at all times.

Reception: would be ok if not for requsted parking first night car was in a enclosed garage second day was outside so bell boy who was bringing car to hotel should at least clean car from snow as in poland it is fine of nearly $800.00 Room service: please consider clients who want fizzy water mattresses on extra bed below any standard Spa: never seen such a unsafe place where you can not wake without chance to fell SUPPLY anty slippery matts And last breakfast: below any standards As it was served till 10.30 we arrived 9.30 And only one kind of bread apart from few rolls and toast no sweet brioche or croissants eggs were gone from container so we asked for it and were waiting nearly half anhour We were not only guests who were complaining As I can see problem is staff Students are not enough in four or five star hotel

Great hotel. Well located very clear to the main square with quiet rooms and fabulous breakfast. The pool area is also really lovely. It's clean and well looked after and a perfect way to relax after shopping and sightseeing. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow.
