Comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet and beautiful environment with swimming pool and stunning view on the Andaman sea and its touristic islands,

The At Sea Condo residence is located opposite the Beyond Resort Krabi hotel at Klong Muang where many other luxurious 4 and 5-stars hotels can be found (Sheraton, Sofitel, Ritz-Carlton …). Located on the top floor (5th) and consisting of two bedrooms, a living and dining room, 2 bathrooms, and a full-equipped kitchen, this property has everything you need to feel right at home.

Bedrooms. A master bedroom with king size bed, small tables by the bed, dressing desk and full wardrobe.
There is also a second smaller bedroom with queen size bed, dressing desk and full wardrobe. Both bedrooms have their own air-conditioning and large windows on the private terrace overlooking the pool and with a stunning view on the Andaman Sea.

Bathrooms. The one in the master bedroom comes with a bathtub, shower, sink and toilet, while the second one has a toilet, sink, and shower. Towels (bath and beach) provided and changed on a regular basis.

Living and Dining Rooms. The lounge area comes with soft seating perfect for lazing around watching the beautiful Andaman Sea and the swimming pool. A TV with hundreds of cable channels means you have plenty to keep you and your loved ones entertained during your vacation. You can enjoy dining with seating for five while watching the sunset on the Andaman Sea.

Kitchen. For your convenience, the kitchen comes with all the appliances that you need to create a home-cooked meal while on holiday. Designed in a modern style, the kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, electric cooktop, toaster, tea and coffee making machines, rice cooker, and microwave oven.

Klong Muang is a nice beach area located about five kilometers north of Ao Nang, with beautiful views over the Andaman Sea and access to the group of islands around Kho Hong, a protected marine park. There are three beaches in Klong Muang, which are much quieter and less crowded than the Ao Nang beaches including Railey.

The Klong Muang beach is the closest to At Sea Condominium , while the pristine Tupkaek Beach is located around 5 km further north near the end of the road before arriving to the National Park where one can go trekking for a couple of hours to reach the Dragon’s Crest (Ngon Nak) peak for a beautiful panoramic view on the Phang Nga Bay.

As an alternative to Ao Nang with its bustling nightlife and shopping area, Klong Muang is perfect for people who want a quiet and relaxing vacation away from the crowd. It takes only 10 minutes by taxi to drive to Ao Nang and most tour operators will include pick up and drop back at your condo in Klong Muang when you buy a trip to the islands or other leisure activities from them.

30-40 minutes from Krabi airport, 20 minutes to Krabi town, 10 minutes to Ao Nang.

Amazing view, good location-easy walk to beach and beach restaurants, good place to go to Hong Island and jungle tour. Great pool! Olivier , the owner, hooked us up with his local friend to go to Hong island by longtail and he gave us lots of other tips for local living. Place was clean and view even better than in the pictures if you can believe that! Would stay here again!

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereitem Vermieter, der sehr viele und gute Tipps geben konnte… Apartment war sauber und geräumig, wurde zweimal die Woche gereinigt, ich würde einen PKW oder zumindest einen Roller empfehlen, man erhöht dadurch seinen Aktionsradius. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abseits von Aonang (mit dem Roller 10 min), was aber sehr schön war, wir würden dort nicht wohnen wollen…es gibt viele schöne Strände in der Nähe, kleine Märkte sowie Supermärkte und Restaurants sowie Strandbars, das Angebot ist völlig ausreichend. Wir sind nach Phuket geflogen, der Transfer mit einer Limousine hat gute zwei Stunden gedauert und kostete ca. 60 €, kann man gut und günstig bei Ankunft am Flughafen Phuket buchen, im Internet zahlt man die Gebühren für den Anbieter mit, dort würde es 80-90€ kosten, wer Glück hat, bekommt einen Flug direkt nach Krabi, dann wäre der Transfer ca 45 min und lag bei 800 Baht, also ca 22€… Ein Hinweis noch zu den Stränden: es gibt fast nirgendwo Liegen, wir nahmen Handtuch und Bastmatte, wer eine Liege benötigt, müsste an eine Strandbar oder in eines der sündhaft teuren Hotels gehen, dort wäre das dann aber kostenpflichtig…oder ihr kauft für den Urlaub ne Klappliege und lasst die dann vor Ort stehen, dies wäre auch noch eine Möglichkeit. Es ist ja bekanntlich Geschmackssache, aber uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden wiederkommen… LG

Hervorragend für einen 5-7 Tage Aufenthalt. Wohnung und komplex sehr gut gepflegt. Ein bisschen Ameisenprobleme, aber das ist in Thailand eben normal. Ein Aufzug für den 5. Stock war vorhanden und top und die Aussicht beim Sonnenuntergang von der Wohnung aus, fast unbezahlbar. super auch die Ausflugsmöglichkeiten direkt vor Ort und Empfehlungen von Oliver, z.b. für gute Restaurants um die Ecke. Roller unbedingt notwendig. die zwei Schlafzimmer sind top, bequeme Betten. Schade die Anordnung der Klimageräte, ein "cooles" sitzen auf dem Balkon ist nicht möglich, da man direkt mit der warmen Luft angeblasen wird. Wir kommen wieder. :-)

It's a nice apartment with a nice swimming pool. The owner it's very helpful, he will show you the best places and how to move around. But he was trying to charge me for an additional fee for electricity ( 7 Bahts for Kilowatt) which wasn't stated when I booked this apartment, I would have to pay around 2000 Bahts for 11 days. I contacted HomeAway and was informed that didn't need to pay any additional fee... I end up not paying anything extra.

Avons passé 4 semaines avec des amis dans ce bel appartement; très bien situé et bien agencé. Accueil par Olivier qui est très disponible. La piscine est belle et bien entretenue, avec une petite boutique pour le dépannage et aussi pour le taxi. (Thomas est bien sympa) L'appartement est près des plages. Il y a pas mal de petits restaus sur la route mais aussi sur la plage. Les supérettes sont à 10' à pieds. Vraiment un coin très agréable. Si nous pouvons c'est avec grand plaisir que nous y reviendrons.

We were greated by Oliver on arrival. He provided a useful map and instructions on how to get around. Tips on good restaurants which we did try and they were as good as suggested. The condo has a great view very accommodating for two couples. We’d love to return. Thanks for making our stay memorable.

The apartment was as expected, had all of the equipment as described by Lana. Comfortable, great view, all of the installations that we needed. Great place for us, nice restaurants on the street and on the beach, (great Indian), taxi tuktuk right outside, very civilised area. Oliver and Lana couldn't have been more attentive.

Séjour agréable dans une résidence avec piscine, proche de la plage. Olivier et Lana les propriétaires habitent sur place. Ils sont de bons conseils et très disponibles si besoin est. Encore merci pour votre aide. Appartement bien équipé avec belle vue. Possibilité de parking et service de laverie. Seul bémol, les moteurs des climatisations situés sur le balcon sont assez bruyants, cela peut perturber les plus "exigeants" la nuit. Commerces, restaurants taxi à proximité, toutefois avoir un véhicule est un plus pour visiter les environs.

Bel appartement avec belle piscine. Dommage de l'emplacement. Loin de beaucoup de commodités et endroit pas très animé. Pour faire des achats pour faire soi même la cuisine, il manque cruellement de commerces. Le bâtiment n' est pas très bien entretenu, surtout les toilettes au rez-de chaussés qui ne sont pas propre et y a jamais du papier de toilette. Je pense que c'est dû à la saison basse. Juillet/Aout. L'endroit est assez mort. Si vous chercher un endroit pour vous reposer au bord d'une piscine c'est très bien. Pour les points négatifs, cela ne concerne en rien l’appartement ni la piscine.
