This modern, spacious semi-detached chalet for a maximum of 6 guests is located in Kötschach-Mauthen in Carinthia, directly on the slopes of the Kötschach-Mauthen-Vorhegg ski area. The chalet is also an excellent starting point for beautiful hiking trails through the region and is located in the border triangle of Austria - Italy - Slovenia.

You live on the left side of the chalet, which has a large living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a loft with 2 single beds that can be joined together, a ski room, a covered sunny terrace, a balcony and a carport.

Ski-in - ski-out, the chalet is located directly on the slopes and approx. 100 meters from the ski lift, which takes you directly to the Kötschach - Mauthen - Vorhegg ski area, a small but nice ski area with 6 km of ski slopes and 37 km of cross-country ski trails brings.

Kötschach-Mauthen is located at the upper end of the Carinthian Gailtal, embedded in breathtaking mountain formations, belongs to the Nassfeld - Pressegger See tourism region and offers a good selection of restaurants and shops, all hiking and cycling tours, the Hike World with 25 themed trails and a large swimming pool ( Aquarena water and wellness oasis). Other ski areas in the region include the Nassfeld ski area with 110 kilometers of slopes, the Zettersfeld ski area at the foot of the Schleinitz in the Lienz Dolomites in East Tyrol with 21 kilometers of slopes or the Golzentipp family ski area in Obertilliach in the East Tyrolean Hochpustertal with 12 kilometers of slopes.

There are many activities such as walking, hiking and mountain biking. Also visit the Wolayersee and the Frischenkofel to experience the impressive mountains and lakes. In summer, the Waldbad Mauthen natural swimming pool or the Pressegger See east of Hermagor offer lots of swimming fun!
