'We had a lovely stay at the Karuizawa Marriott Hotel. The room was neat and tidy, and we especially appreciated the wooden flooring, which gave the space a warm and clean feel. It was spacious enough for a family with kids, making it very comfortable for us. The onsen facilities were also excellent, adding a relaxing touch to our stay. Overall, a very positive experience and a hotel we’d happily return to.'

'木々に囲まれてゆっくりできました スタッフの人がなるべく荷物をお客に持たせないように気配りしていました 同じ系列のホテルがあり　温泉や食事会場が違うホテルに行くのがちょっと手間でした。 しかし朝食しかいただいていませんが食事の数が豊富で、座席もたくさんあり、他の席との間が広く、ゆったりと食べることができました'
