The Space:
This spacious 110 m² house, spread over two levels, provides ideal conditions for a seaside holiday - away from the crowds yet close to Kolobrzeg's attractions. Guests have at their disposal a cozy living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and Smart TV, which promotes evening relaxation with family or friends. In the same space, high-speed WiFi is available, allowing you to stay connected, access streaming services or conveniently work remotely. The living room seamlessly connects to the kitchenette - functional and fully equipped to facilitate self-catering: there is an induction hob, oven, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and a set of dishes and utensils. Glass doors lead to the terrace and garden, where there is lounge furniture and a barbecue - a perfect place for lazy mornings with coffee, family breakfasts or evenings outdoors together. The house offers four bedrooms with varying layouts, allowing the space to fit the needs of different groups: one is equipped with a double bed, one with two single beds, and the other two have one single bed each and c baby crib. A cot for a child is also provided as standard.The well-thought-out layout provides both privacy and comfort, while the presence of closets and dressers allows you to unpack freely and feel at home. There are two modern bathrooms - one on the first floor and one on the first floor - each with a shower, toilet, sink, cabinet, mirror and a set of towels. It's a comfortable, functional and family-oriented space that will be perfect for both longer vacations and shorter weekend getaways.

The house is located in a quiet part of Niekanin - a small village bordering Kolobrzeg, one of the most beloved seaside resorts in Poland. This place provides peace and privacy, while offering easy access to a full spectrum of tourist attractions. Only 4.3 km separates the house from Kolobrzeg's Central Station, allowing convenient access for those traveling by train. The nearest bus stop can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes (0.7 km), making communication with the center and the beach easy even without a car. Kolobrzeg's beach is less than 5 km from the house - wide, sandy, with a gentle descent to the water, ideal for families with children and those looking for a holiday on the Baltic Sea. Walking or using a bicycle, you can reach the famous promenade (about 5.2 km), which leads all the way to the pier - one of the biggest attractions of the city (5.5 km) within a dozen minutes. Right next door is the lighthouse (5.7 km), which offers a panoramic view of the sea, harbor and coast. Nature lovers will appreciate the proximity of Ekopark Wschodni (6.7 km) - a nature reserve with walking and bicycle paths, allowing to commune with coastal flora and fauna away from the hustle and bustle. In turn, Stefan Zeromski Park (5.3 km) offers pleasant alleys, a playground and recreation space - an ideal place for an afternoon's rest after sightseeing in the city.
