'Good location for a "home base" to see everything on the south, west and east sides but not somewhere that you would want to spend time hanging out. It's a quiet place but your neighbors will be noticeable if the other unit is rented. The property is definitely in need of updates - it's looking run down. The bed was so-so, not luxurious. A/C was great! '

'We returned to this unit because we enjoyed our stayso much last time. The location is great, the unit is well stocked, very comfortable with a great view. It was wonderful preparing and eating meals while enjoying the view. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. '

'Condo was nice, had plenty of towels. Plenty of space for a family. They have a lot of rules and no information about area. The pool is very cold and the hot tub had 14 adults and 4 kids. So couldn’t use it. The air will not go below 73*. So I could not sleep too sticky. Condo is on the second floor so if you have a lot of luggage it’s a lot of stairs. Not beach front have to drive. There is a Sheraton hotel on the beach. But over all a nice place.'
