'Wardrobe had a light in which kept clicking all night keeping us awake. People outside the hotel used the pool and beach seats making it difficult to get a seat. We did not get to go around the pool. Food choice was very poor if you are a vegetarian. Had the poorest food ever in Skiathos around the pool bar - tasteless chicken and cod bites. When reported to the restaurant about the limited choice we were told that is all they’ve got - no attempt to address it or improve. In the end we ate...

'Vi hade en fin vistelse på detta hotell. Trevlig personal. Bra städning och städpersonal. Bra men ganska liten pool. En del sällskap upptog solstolarna hela dagarna. Mycket trafikerad väg alldeles utanför hotellet. Fin utsikt från familjerum. Nära till den jättefina stranden, bara kort promenad ca 150 m.'

'We had a great stay at Margi House. The room was beautifully furnished, and the outdoor jacuzzi was so lovely. The hill, which many mentioned, wasn’t too bad and was easily doable. The receptionist was super helpful and friendly - always with a smile on her face. Just a few things that could be improved: our coffee & water glasses weren’t cleaned until the last day. Since we didn’t have a kitchenette, this would have been nice. The main pool was lovely, but we did have to fish out a lot of bugs...

'Posizione perfetta per girare l’isola, molto silenziosa e rilassante. Struttura con stanze riservate con giardino o balconcino, frigobar, aria condizionata e cassetta di sicurezza. Ci è piaciuto molto il materasso davvero confortevole, pulizia presente, cambio asciugamani frequente, Poppi, una signora carinissima e disponibile! 'Location spettacolare, situata su una collina da cui si vede il mare. Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le chiacchierate di fine giornata con il proprietario e gli altri ospiti della struttura. Se ricapiteremo sull’isola torneremo volentieri qui!'

'The hotel is situated on the side of a hill which offers great panoramic views across the bay. There are quite a number of steps if you are walking from the pool or bar and restaurant area so may not be suited with those with accessibility needs. We had a room which also included a shared pool with an adjoining appointment. The room itself was nice, It was clean and comfortable. The children were sleeping on the mezzanine above us which worked well however had caution younger children using...

'This is a beautifully designed suite, just perfect for two. There is a lovely outdoor terrace with a view over the bay and the plunge pool is a bonus at the end of a hot sunny day. There are a few bars and tavernas nearby, whilst the beach and bus stop are only a 5 minute walk giving access to everything that beautiful Island has to offer. The owners are super friendly and will help with tips and advice to make the most of your stay. This was our first visit to Skiathos and sure to be back to...
