'The hotel is beautiful, we had the most incredible view from our room. The staff were lovely and very helpful, with the checki-in process being seamless. Our host, Phin, was easily contactable on the phone and helped me with things unrelated to our stay in the hotel. The only thing stopping me from giving the overall experience a 5 was the ongoing construction work. We were placed in a room right above it. 'The service from Steve and Mohammed is unique! The villa is beautiful, but some items should be fixed (i.g. the bathroom slide doors). But those small “issues” are instantly forgiven when you experience the excellent service. Ask your hosts for tips since they know all the good places on the island!'
