• Suitable for families and responsible groups only.
• Quiet hours must be respected, especially in the evenings and at night.
• Non-smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
• Marijuana/cannabis use inside the villa is strictly prohibited. If odor or evidence is found, penalties may apply.
• Electricity is charged at 10 THB per kWh (metered; readings photographed at check-in and check-out).
A cash security deposit of 10,000 baht (or other equivalent currency) is required upon check in, and will be returned upon check out, less any damages. • Guests are responsible for any damage, stains, excessive mess, or missing items.
