Villa Rich Seaview offers the best of both worlds, enjoy stunning views of the Gulf of Thailand’s calm, warm waters whilst immersing yourself up high in Koh Samui’s lush, green tropical hills. At 90m above sea level, you’re able to enjoy the beautiful landscape by day and the charming green glow of the fisherman’s lights out at sea by night. Only a 5 minute drive from the beautiful Chaweng Beach.

This villa is ideal for those wanting a luxury tropical getaway at an affordable price. Unlike other villas, we do not charge a fee for electricity, water or cleaning (a savings on average of 500+ Thai baht per day). The interior comes fully furnished to a high standard, incorporating modern amenities like UHD 4K LED TVs and high speed fiber optic wifi throughout the property.

This three bedroom property features 2 bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with two singles. All bedrooms have locking doors with separate keys for guests’ privacy. All beds have top quality pillow top mattresses for your sleeping comfort as well as 2 soft and 2 hard down filled pillows per room. All rooms have beautiful sea-view and mountain views with terraces and outdoor seating. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, fitted with 43inch smart UHD 4K flat screen TVs with swivel mounts and supplied with with high quality bed linens.
The villa has 2 nicely decorated bathrooms both with standard shower and rain shower heads.

The outdoor terrace is perfect for entertaining guests or relaxing at any time of day or night. It features a covered lounge and dining area able to accommodate 6 comfortably, as well as sun loungers and an outdoor sofa. The private infinity swimming pool is a good size 5m x 8m and is lit with color changing LED mood lights.
The open plan lounge and dining area can easily accommodate 6 guests and features sliding glass doors for direct access to the terrace. Guests can dine inside or outside on the covered terrace as both have tables accommodating 6. The living room is furnished with stylish leather sofas and a 49 inch smart UHD 4K flat screen TV capable running all applications such as Netflix, casting etc.

The front door comes with keyless punch code entry for convenient check in/check out and entry.
The kitchen comes with complete stove top, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, cutlery and dishes to accommodate 6 persons.
Villa Rich Seaview is spread out over an ample 325m2 of living space with 2 floors including private parking large enough to accommodate both cars and motorbikes.

Cleaning is available after every 3 nights.

We allow late check out and early check in as long as we do not have back to back bookings.
