'Such a nice room - well appointed and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and a relaxing view of Near Island Channel. The Captain’s Quarters had a dedicated parking space along the road, and a separate entrance that is clearly marked. Easy to find and easy to access (provided that a few stairs are not a limitation). 'Lee was very professional, kind, helpful and knowledgeable! The apartment was very clean and the bed was VERY comfortable!!! The use of the car was EXCEPTIONAL and well worth the value!!! If we ever go back to Kodiak I would rent this apartment again!'

'Rented this home which was next door to our daughter’s house for a family vacation together. The home was well equipped and comfortable. Communication was wonderful and the home sits on the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which is great for children. Thanks for a great stay!!'

Place was clean and warm with the space heater. There was a extra twin bed we used for the little one. We were also able to rent a truck for the trip which was great to get out an see some bears.'
