Heerlijk hotel en superfijn personeel! Weinig op aan te merken, maar het geluidsoverlast vanuit buiten was vreselijk. Ondanks dat we op de 7e verbleven was alles goed te horen en dit stoort vreselijk in de nacht. Op de bovenste etage zit een prachtig restaurant en we hebben er heerlijk gegeten, maar het aanbod is wel minimaal. Er is zeker niet voor een ieder iets op de kaart. Wel geweldig personeel!

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Grand Kayseri hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was great, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The only downside was the restaurant, where the prices were quite expensive. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Waterkoker en bekers zitten in een plastic zakjes. Dit is niet milieuvriendelijk. Bij eerste verblijf was de bed fijn maar bij de 2de boeking niet zo (andere kamer). De kussens waren niet fijn, maar dit is ook bij meeste hotels. De ligging is super en het is heel netjes en schoon. İk zal deze hotel zonder aarzeling opnieuw boeken.

Dit Hotel behoort tot 1 van de beste Hotels tot nu wat wij bezocht hadden. Eten goed en afwisselend. Kamers ruim en een heerlijke bed. Goede hygiëne. Grote binnen zwembad, sauna en stoombad was ook lekker ontspannen. Hotel was midden in de stad, alle winkels zijn op loopafstand, daarom ideaal voor de mensen die een paar dagen willen shoppen. Het is zeker een aanrader, wij zijn zeker van plan om in de toekomst terug te komen. Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en de schoonmakers waren ook echt vriendelijk en beleefd.

Hotel was volgens mijn ervaringen met andere 5 sterren hotels geen 5 sterren waard. Ik kreeg een rokerskamer omdat er geen ander beschikbaar was. Ik moest noodgedwongen met een kind van 4 jaar 1 nacht in een stinkende kamer slapen. Volgende dag heb ik een ander kamer gekregen. Kamers zijn erg gehorig, op 12 de etage was een nieuwjaarsfeest, geluid was gewoon tot in kamer hoorbaar. Ontbijt was elke dag hetzelfde en beperkt aanbod. Brood was altijd op, geen thee glazen meer. Ontbijt is niets waard. Zwembad is heel klein en onverzorgd. Water is te koud. Kinderbadje was zo koud dat ik met mijn kind van 4 gelijk weer naar onze kamer zijn gegaan. Heb het bad in onze kamer gevuld en mijn dochter daar laten spelen.

Hygiene staat erg laag wel luxe maar geen hygiene
Kamers zijn muffig badkamer hiet schoon. Geen terras waar je drankje kan doen. Koffie cornes staat niemand geen hilton kwaliteit maar wel hilton prijs.

Alles lief, leuk en aardig. Maar je mag toch wel van een 5* hotel verwachten dat je ten minste mag deelnemen tijdens het ontbijt. Zwemmen werd mij verteld dat het gratis was, moest ik een cape kopen(!). Licht teleurgesteld, maar over het algemeen wel te doen

Welcoming was nice. Staff was friendly. However, the room was a little bit old and the breakfast would have been nicer. The main problem is I gave my car to hotel valet and later that day I realized that my left doors where crushed by another car during parking.

Şubat ayında gittik. Odamız inanılmaz derecede sıcaktı. Geceleri sıcaktan uyuyamadık. Spa alanları kadın erkek ayrıydı. Sadece havuz ortak kullanıma açıktı. Gittiğimiz ilk gece odaya su istedik 40 dakkaya yakın gelmesini bekledikten sonra uyuya kalmışız, sabah sular kapının önündeydi. Açık büfe kahvaltıyı da çok önermem şehirde daha güzel kahvaltı yapabileceğiniz yerler vardır.
