'Immaculate apartment in a lovely city. We didn’t use the kitchen much except for coffee and quick breakfasts, but it seemed well stocked. The hosts are up front about noise from the restaurant below and it was noticeable, but nothing too bad and they provide a noise machine. Quieted down after 10-11pm so wasn’t a problem for us. Great communication from host. We would stay here again. '

'There are boutique shops nearby, great restaurants to choose from. Great for young peeps. My only 2 issues were the noise from Bella restaurant below (only Saturday night - but i go to bed early) and 2nd I wish they had a little bit of cover up on balcony patio (to cover a/c units) - Could have some growing ivy plants to block eyesore (but I'm nit picking). Also, patio chairs to sit in. All and all great location for downtown Maryville. '

'The host sent communications early and was on top of it. The host also asked how they could better serve us. I appreciated that! The loft was spacious, and had all the amenities including blankets and board games for when we hung out on the living room. On another note, I may have missed it but this is a 3rd floor loft with lots of stairs. For the healthy children and adults this is absolutely fine, but for older adults who will carry a carry or suite case or larger it will be challenging...
