'I've stayed here many times and keep going back because it is a great place to stay. From the outside this appears like any other highway motel with no-frills architecture and a good view of the interstate. What sets this place apart are the cleanliness of the rooms, their pleasant decor, the friendly helpful staff, and it's great location, not only close to the highway, but also close to thriving and picturesque downtown Hudson, ...and not far from the rest of the Twin Cities. 'Check in was smooth and easy. Continental breakfast Saturday and Sunday was satisfying... bagels, muffins, toast, juices, coffee, cereal, fruit, yogurt. Nice variety. The rooms were clean, but the comforter had holes in it and questionable yellow stains. Little bit of an odd smell in the hallways. It is a dog friendly hotel though. Pillows were comfy. Housekeeping was very pleasant. Parking was good. Air conditioning worked Really well.'

The downsides were the room was pretty filthy and the mattress protector underneath the sheets looked like it had never been cleaned, and had all kinds of interesting stains. 'We only stayed here for a short night, due to flying out the next morning super early. However when we checked in the staff was helpful we had 2 rooms and they put us in a join room without us asking! We didnt think they had them until they put us in one. The pool was nice and big. The hot tub jets didnt work, but it was okay. Over all I would stay again, just because the staff was friendly and the rooms were nice.'

'Have stayed here twice and would return. Comfortable, clean rooms with helpful staff. Lots of great food options nearby. Front rooms are sunny, but some road noise in the mornings. Remember to request daily housekeeping as they default to a daily $5 credit in the self serve bar.'

'Staff were AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, I felt like we were royalty when my friend and I checked in….i loved the open air bar, it was a beautiful night and we really enjoyed the evening. Hot tub was , yes, a relaxing time! The only complaint 😬 was, the bed felt it was old and could feel some springs…otherwise lovely hotel.'

'I booked this stay for both of my daughters’ birthdays who are 4 days apart. When I arrived, I did the usual - ID, CC for incidentals, got the room keys. It was only the. I was notified the pool and hot tub were under construction and not in working order. I commend the front desk person as he graciously cancelled my rooms w/o any fees. I did explain I specifically booked the hotel for the pool plus hot tub which many other hotels did not offer both amenities. My complaint here is there was...

'The property and room were very well-maintained and clean. The building was quiet all night. Staff were friendly and helpful providing us with extra towels quickly when we asked. The breakfast was acceptable but nothing grand or showy. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi staying up way too late for our own good! My partner and I highly recommend and know we'll return for our next overnight escape from the chaos at home.'
