Villa's in Knights Valley

'Our room did not have a working heater (it was summer but chilly), so the manager kindly upgraded us to a suite. I'd recently had the bad news that my cancer had relapsed, and his kindness, and the beautiful suite, really helped my mood. The atmosphere was welcoming and the employees outstanding. We ate several times at the attached restaurant/deli, Grossman's, and loved the food and the staff there.'

'Charging for parking is ridiculous. It’s not even a secure parking lot. Rooms are old, but clean and some updates. It really is more like a motel with no interior hallways and rooms facing the parking lot on all sides. I do appreciate that the prices have not been jacked up like some of the other hotels in the area that are just simple hotels.'

'The non smoking room smelled like stale stagnant smoke upon arrival and after venting it for hours. Pillows were about 2” tall. Pillow cases had short hairs on them. Sheets were far from clean. The rooms should be clean but were not'

'Beautiful hotel . Clean and cozy. Rooms have big window withnlots of light. I wanted a getaway for a couple days with my partner and his was exactly what I wanted . Beds were so soft and cozy and welcoming charm was perfect. I will come back again soon and recommend to anyone .'
