« No WiFi (!), very unusual for today's traveler, as we count on it. More importantly, does this property have cleaning and maintenance staff? Nice towels and hair dryer in a modernized bathroom, but no toilet paper (!), soap dispenser was empty, and there was garbage in the toilet. « The lack of hot water in the apartment is unacceptable »

« The property is nice but very far from the center of Vienna. Toiletries should be included or at least mentioned if it’s absent. The washer/dryer almost never available. No, I wouldn’t recommend this property to a friend. »
