'Pre-check in comms and answering cell number after arrival were very poorly handled. Would have been better to be able to chat to someone to get the details from a human than just a board at reception when we arrived. '

'So we like the hotel. Hermanus village is okay. However the 2 first images are misleading. These are not from the hotel but from a bar 10 minutes walk away. We booked it bc we thought it was on the premises (we were with baby)'

'I really liked this place - great location - perfect for exploring the town and all Hermanus has to offer! Really nice staff and great value for the type of accommodation! I really liked my room - very comfy bed and a great big shower! Good wi fi too! I'd stay again! Thank you!'

'Prachtige accomodatie in het hart van Hermanus. Alles op wandelafstand. Top mensen aan de receptie A- '

'Har inget att klaga på. Ett trevligt boende med vacker utsikt.'

'Perfect stay, with a wonderful whale show from our balcony.'

Equipe super prestativa'

'The hosts at Villa Venusta were warm and welcoming making us feel right at home after a long journey. A lovely room with a nice terrace to sit outside. A very comfortable bed, everything was spotlessly clean and shiny. The breakfast was delicious too. We loved how close the property was to the well maintained cliff path offering an easy stroll into town. Thoroughly recommend.'

'Mooie locatie geweldig uitzicht!!

'Our stay at Birkenhead House was the ultimate Hermanus retreat. From the warm, attentive team to the eclectic design and breathtaking floral displays, every detail left us feeling spoiled. Ideally situated steps from the beach and scenic walking routes, it was a paradise for nature lovers—complete with dozens of whale sightings, rich birdlife, and the striking indigenous flora of the Western Cape.'

'Very clean and neat, staff were very helpful and friendly. Everything needed was available and very well located. Thank you, will definitely be back!'
