The Space:

If you're looking for a vacation home that is steps from the beach, cozy and up to date, with entertainment galore, this is the spot for you! Starting with the outside, the beach is just at the end of the street, making the walk 1 minute long and access super easy. The private pool and hot tub offer refreshment and relaxation right outside, and the decks have plenty of furniture for suntanning or outdoor dining. For more competitive groups, there is a private sand volleyball pit and access to community tennis and pickle ball courts.



Entertainment continues inside on the ground level, with a game room that is equipped with a pool table, foosball table, tv, and couches for movie watching, reading, or chatting. There is also a bedroom on this level, with two pyramid bunks (2x double bed under twin). A full bath wraps up the amenities on this level.



The upstairs opens up into an open concept, with a large living room and lots of Carolina sunshine flooding in the windows. The living room smoothly moves into the dining area, where two tables are available and seat a total of 12, so your whole group can dine together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything the chef in your family needs to whip up delicious meals, and the barstools at the counter make casual conversation easy while cooking or snacking. And if you must work during your vacation, there is a dedicated workspace for you to finish up your checklist.



There are 3 bedrooms on this level, and a master suite has a jetted tub. This house has it all-- close to the beach, entertainment, and cozy sleeping spaces. Don't pass this one up!

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
