« The staff was friendly the hotel was clean There is no elevator even tho they have a second floor it is difficult to carry your luggage up the flights of steps the entrance door to the second floor are always locked so you have to set some of your items down to use the key then open the door and then pick up your items you set down and walk the flights of steps it was very inconvenient being this is the only hotel in the area there is no other choice or I would have moved on. « My only complaint is that on both nights we were there other guests were VERY noisy after what I would consider a respectable time (10:00 pm). The first night it was little kids in the hall running and screaming with no parents/guardians around. The second it was young adults coming in after partying. They were talking loudly and stomping in the hall. I am trying to not complain as much so I did not go to the front desk even though it was 2-3 am. »

« J’étais choqué à l’arrivée par le manque de propreté et l’état de délabrement des installations contrairement aux photos postées sur le site de expedia. Les lits semblaient être double au lieu de queen. Le canapé lit était endommagé et ne pouvait être utilisé comme lit. Le chauffage ne marchait pas (on a dû nous changer de chambre après la première nuit). Les toilettes étaient assez usées de sorte que son plafond se décollait. Par ailleurs l’hôtel doit être déparasité car on pouvait apercevoir...

« Very disappointing stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott. I paid $255 per night expecting a decent hotel experience, but this felt more like a cheap motel. The room was small and not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable at this price point. The biggest letdown was the view - as vou can see in the photos, it's basically a parking lot with a dumpster area. There's no atmosphere, no appeal, nothing you'd expect from a Marriott property. « It seems like the front desk was penalizing me for booking through website and put me in the room next to the elevator when the place didn't look full at all. It was very noisy and the ice machine was broken and making big noise too. »
