'Die Besitzerin ist eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Frau. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber gepflegt und sauber. Jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung und frische Handtücher. Nur leider wurde 5 Tage mein Badezimmer nicht gereinigt, das sollte zukünftig besser sein! '

"This was our fourth stay at the W Hotel. The location and accommodations are absolutely stunning. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, and housekeeping is excellent — fresh towels twice a day, which is perfect. However, the level of service no longer feels five-star, as it did during our first two visits. Breakfast was chaotic, and there was a lack of visible or approachable supervisors. It’s unfortunate to see so many temporary, inexperienced young staff across key areas like reception, the pool bar, breakfast area, and beach service. That said, it can be different — a big compliment to Alexandros (Valet Parking) and Augustuna (at Piqantro), who are both experienced and truly friendly. Despite the downsides, we will definitely return again."
