The house sits on the top of the hill looking down on the Old Head of Kinsale, the views are breathtaking. 

This properties check in and check out times are better than nearly every other property in Kinsale.

The house was interior designed and the furniture imported from “Oka furniture store” in Chelsea , U.K


Please enter the correct amount of guests staying as the price is based on this.

It’s a minimum 3 night stay over the Christmas / new year festive season

Single beds are only bought into the property when it’s booked for more than 14 guests.

The dining room seats 22 guests.
Office work space available and a balcony with views to the Old Head golf club. 
Heated enclosed gazebo with sky TV which seats 10 people. 
There is a private large pirate ship climbing frame with slide and swings and a barked floor area with a wooden children's play house situated in the large private gated garden. 
Kinsale is a 10 minute drive and Garrett town beach is approximately a 5 minute drive.
Please note that this house has just undergone a 1 million pound renovation which was completed in July 2017

We do not accept stag weekends.

We can arrange to sleep 22 guests, please ask for details.

2 years and younger are classed as infants and are not charged for staying and we have 2 cots at the house for you to use.

The house sits on the top of the hill looking down on the Old Head of Kinsale, the views are breathtaking from Inside and outside areas.

The house is accessed via large electronic gates so the property is secured for your safety.

The house itself is a modern 6 bedroom 5 bathroom house, large modern kitchen , dining room and lounge.

Bedroom 1 , is located upstairs , it has 2 king size beds in it , plus 2 camp beds, as well as an en-suite bathroom. There’s work space available in this bedroom.

Bedroom 2, is located upstairs and has a super king bed , plus 2 camp beds, as well as an en-suite bathroom and a bath tub which is located in the bedroom , which looks out on to the old head of kinsale. There is a balcony off this bedroom

Bedroom 3 , has a super king bed and 1 camp bed, as well as an en-suite bathroom

Bedroom 4 , has a king size bed

Bedroom 5 , has a king size bed

Bedroom 6 , has a super king bed and 1 camp bed , as well as en-suite bathroom

Main bathroom with a jacuzzi bath is located on the ground floor

Dining room seats 28 people for dinner in arm chair style seating and the kitchen area seats 16 people

Where early check in is available we charge €50 per hour

There is a large kids playroom in the attic which is accessed from outside, it is full of toys , board games and books , it also has a tv.


The local pub " The Speckald Door"is a 5 minute drive away or drive to the end of the road 2 minutes away and walk across the beach to it.

3 different seating areas outside in different locations to enjoy the amazing views.

This property is amazing! Beautiful house with amazing views. Just outside of Kinsale in the country overlooking the ocean. Town is only a 20 min or less drive. There a good little pub down the road. The only issue we had was there is no dryer and it rained the entire time we were there so we couldn't hang the clothes out on the line.

The house and location were perfect, the views were breathtaking and we all had a wonderful time! There were a few downsides like the directions to get to the house were incorrect. There was no working coffee maker only a built in espresso machine that was difficult to figure out, so we had to buy our own. Other than that, we had a great time and Kinsale was our favorite town of the trip.

Beautiful property inside and out. Premium luxury finishes in the house and loads of space. 3 of the 6 Bedrooms have ocean views & 4 with ensuite. The ocean and countryside views from the modern, well appointed kitchen are world class. Fun play area for kids outside. Gated entrance to make you feel secure. Easy walk down to the ocean or the speckled hen restaurant. Kinsale is a short 10 minute drive. Truly a magical home. Only knock would be it was missing a few kitchen amenities like salt, pepper, olive oil for cooking. Helpful to know what’s available before grocery shopping. The

We had a wonderful experience! The view was incredible! We spent all our time outside because the weather was amazing! We walked down to the beach and made friends with the neighbors who were lovely and told us the history of the area! It’s a Beautiful spacious home and as a family we only used a portion of the home! It would be amazing for s family reunion! Thank you for the opportunity!

This house has it all. It can accommodate at least 18 people easily. It sleeps up to 21 people. Younger kids will love it. Theres a hidden playroom upstairs in the loft bedrooms, ping pong, pool, mini putting course, trampoline, and cool swing/play set. The house is very tastefully decorated fitted a state of the art kitchen. Lots of big sliders all around the house to enjoy the stunning views of the green country fields, cliffs and ocean. You can also see some islands in the distance. My daughter loved having the whole 2 bedroom loft to herself. This place is up the hill from Kinsale about 6 minutes on a windy narrow road. Its very close to Kinsale town with lots to do there.

Had a great get away here with the family ! Caters unbelievably for kids. 2 toddlers had the best time in the hidden play room along with the swings and trampoline outside ! House was immaculate had all utensils anyone could need ! With extremely spacious dining areas and bedrooms for all. We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. Everything was excellent, except this property is not in Kinsale, it is closer to Old Head, so that was a little misleading. This is a small quip and not super important but there was the minimal amount of, kitchen towels and toilet paper and very little cleaning stuff and no waste bin bags. It is a shame to skimp on these basics when it it a wonderful home and we wanted to keep it clean, we had to supply those items ourselves.

A must rental to take in the sights of Old Head and enjoy Kinsale, a short drive away. The house itself offers spectacular views of the Atlantic with large windows that call the guest to take notice of the sunrises/sunsets. Would have deeply appreciated a well-stocked pantry offering coffee, tea or even a bottle of wine as our arrival was late and stores closed early on Sunday. Its the type of home you just find difficult to leave.

Our overall experience here was more than I could have asked for. The house is incredibly stunning and the views are even more impressive! Its in a great secluded area that is close enough to town and to many beaches! Ryan was also a very lovely host who was happy to assist us with anything we needed. We enjoyed playing soccer on the pitch and ping pong and pool as well! I can't say enough about our experience here. Would definitely recommend and I look forward to coming back!
