The hotel is dated. It is also very spread out so it was a haul from the lobby to our room. No joke, we lost our way. The AC unit in the room was so loud we turned it off. I will say the beds were clean and comfortable. But the carpet was dingy and felt weirdly damp. We kept our shoes on in the room.

Thank you for letting us know. We are a large 200 room hotel on just two floors. We are sorry you were to far from the desk. Please request something up close next time. It was close to the event I was attending, Staff is very polite with the exception of cleaning ladies, who started to talk loudly in am without regard to people who might be still sleeping; Room was nice , clean but the window could not be closed all the way , so had to keep the heater on all night. Overall good enough stay.

I was pleased surprised when I found this gem, the staff is so sweet and amazing. The potatoes at breakfast are SOOOOOOO good but they had a lot of breakfast options. The one thing I really loved about this place was the pool/arcade/gym area. The pool was warm (I like it warmer but I’m naturally always cold lol) the gym had glass windows that would overlook the pool and the arcade was in the area beside the pool. It was a cute “Central Park” vibe. The arcade takes cash only and so does the front desk but they have an atm right there so Apple Pay users may have to wait a few years but honestly it’s not so bad. Everything was cheap. We took a ride on the Catskills train which was super cute and fun for the little ones. Dietz diner is a 10/10 and 3 minutes away. The pizzeria in front was also very very good. The rooms were very clean as well, I ALWAYS check behind the bed and it was clean for sure. I going to come back because of how much I loved the place!!!

Freezer didn’t work our food we got for freezer melted . Front desk was very helpful. But kinda sucks that they have appliances or amenities that don’t work.

Pool was great. Arcade a hit with the kids, although the hotel doesn’t take responsibility for broken machines and ate a bunch of our tokens. Moody candy in one of the prize machines, not surprising, but gross. Room was okay, but there were ants. Staff kind and helpful.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Felt safe and it was very quiet. The bathroom in the room, the ac and heating system, need to be updated. The elevator by the lobby needs up dating bad. Feels like your going to go through the fall. The hall felt dark. Needs a little up dating.

I stayed in the newer part with a renovated bathroom. Room was nice and clean. Breakfas was ok with real scrambled eggs, bacon, waffle machine, yogurt machine, fruit etc. Pool was big and warm Cons: pool is in the middle of the hallway, no walls around it so it feels chilly and strange. There is no 24h hot cofee/tea in the lobby. Only Lipton regular tea for Breakfast, no herbal/fruit tea.

We do now offer comp coffee in all guest rooms instead of the lobby for you guests. New Keurig coffee makers now is all rooms. Will let our staff know about the tea options missing this time. Everything was good until the next morning when the power went out! Everything was pitch black I couldn’t do anything I had to use the flashlight on my phone to see.

There was hair and food on the surfaces in my room. The shower had hair in it. I found a cockroach/ bug on the wall and floor. Pee stains on my toilet seat. Glad I bring my own cleaning supplies with me. Pool was dirty.

I loved the pool and the buffet breakfast. It was New Year's eve, so many people in and out on the hallway. Just wished they had parties at the venues only instead of the arcade/pool space, which was closer to my window because I had trouble putting my baby to sleep.

The area off the courtyard is for all guests and does close down by 10pm. We are sorry your stay was impacted. We do also offer rooms not facing the center courtyard if you want to try us again.

My room was comfortable and clean and check in was fast and easy. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Overall, a great stay. I would just add that the hotel was very dark. Dark wood and dark brown carpeting - it didn't give a welcoming vibe. I would suggest some renovations to brighten up the space and make it more appealing and inviting.

It seemed a little dirty and and definitely needs to be remodeled. I have been staying here on New Year’s Eve for 20 years . And it smelled like a dead mouse in my room when I got there . I had to go buy air freshener. I had never experienced this in the past.

It was functional in a pinch, but double the price of what it should have been. It also looked like someone tried to break into the room a few times with all the scratch marks around the door bolt. Mildly sketchy and not worth the $190 price tag
