We apologize that our in room frig did not have an adequately working freezer for you. The desk did offer to assist and help you with the items you wanted keep frozen in our freezer. Hope for have a chance to stay again. It is very rate for us to loose power but the weather can be unpredictable.

At this time we do have one wing with easy access to an entrance. This wing is in demand and will often have multiple rooms with pets. We are sorry this disturbed your stay. If you did not require a pet friendly, room we could have moved you to an alternate location. We again apologize that you were disturbed by the other guests and that your stay was impacted.
