« In the middle of downtown Maryville. Shops, restaurants and night life just a step away. Grocery and other shops just a short drive from apartment. Place was clean and had all the amenities of home. Full kitchen, living area and private bathroom make it great for longer stays. Host responded in minutes thru the app and text and was always positive. Also loved that parking was free and right across the street. »

« Doug and Cathy were great hosts - space was as described, clean, and even provided snacks, coffee, tea, and water for our stay. Dog-friendly with ample outdoor areas to potty and play with the pups. Hosts live on site but rental area was adequately separated and very private. »

« The apartment was lovely and super clean. The owner had included many nice touches like yoga mats, some hand weights, a few snacks and products in bathroom. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the pull out couch which was not very comfortable for my 18 yr old son. I think it would be fine for young kids. Of course pull out couches are not made to be super comfy so not a big deal. The location was very convenient to downtown and college. »

« Very nice and clean. Very unique loved the lay out the little setting areas were an extra treat. The beds very comfortable nice bathrooms. But we really loved the balcony. Also the place was well stocked.Only one suggest. although I loved all the furnishings if things could be moved around in the living room so the hide-a-bed could be pulled out that would be great. Other than that everything was amazing »

« My wife and I are from Ohio and this was our 3rd fishing trip to Watts Bar Lake. This place far outshined the other two places that we stayed at before. It was just a mile from a boat ramp on the lake and just a few miles from the boat ramp below the dam. A perfect place for us as we like to fish the main lake and below the dam as well. This little nest will fool you when you pull up but once you walk inside you'll be glad that you made a reservation here. We'll be back for sure one day soon. »

« Property was clean and as described. Beautiful setting that was perfect for our weekend. We were too busy to fully enjoy the property, but grandkids loved swimming off the multi-level dock. Would definitely stay here again, but next time will bring our boat, and set aside more time. »
