When booking with Expedia, there was no indication that special arrangements needed to be made with this facility for a pet. Other motels indicated if booking and a pet room is needed, to call ahead to make sure a room is available.
Booked a king suite room so that there would be a separate room with a pull out couch for a 2nd individual and upon arrival was told my pet could not go into that room. I showed the desk staff the booking I used and how it does not specify that arrangements need to be made for a pet room (and showed the girl the other motels and how they word it) and they still would not give me that room and instead had to settle for 2 queen beds with an individual who I have never roomed with before and am not related to. Was disappointed as I had stayed at this motel before without a pet and enjoyed it. And since I was paying almost $275 for that room, it seemed way overpriced.
