'Beautiful room '

'De kamer was erg groot, wat heerlijk was. Alles was erg schoon en het personeel uiterst vriendelijk. Ook het zwembad en spa zijn goed. '

'We booked a total of 4 rooms for two nights. The hotel is dated. Two rooms had a smell, collectively all of our rooms’ bath tub water backs up in shower, A/C unit did not work properly. Beds were not comfortable- saggy and aged. Would not recommend. '

'We stayed here as a little weekend getaway & really enjoyed ourself. The room was well kept and up to date, the bed was comfortable and we were happy with the space we got. We were greeted by the staff and they were wonderful in every way. Honestly, the staff here were very conversational and seeingly cheerful. The desk staff was great and the chef was awesome. Love it. Even the breakfast was amazing and diverse! Best breakfast we've had at a hotel. The ONLY complaint I have is that the walls...

'Zeer goede prijs kwaliteit'

'Prima hotel om Philadelphia en omgeving te verkennen. Als we naar de Verenigde Staten gaan, kiezen we altijd voor een hotel van Hampton Inn. We hebben in veel ketens overnacht maar Hampton Inn voelt altijd weer als thuiskomen. We weten inmiddels wat we kunnen verwachten. De kamers zijn comfortabel en het ontbijt is meer dan prima. Genoeg variatie voor een paar weken. Ook in King of Prussia voelden we ons thuis. '

'The staff was exceptional but the food at the restaurant, specifically breakfast, was not great and overpriced. The water pressure in the bathroom of my room wasn't great. I had the flush the toilet multiple times and it took a long time for the water in the shower to get warm.'

'This is was complete disappointment. I ended up eating the costs of just checking out early. The bar basically had nothing stocked. The restaurant menu was subpar. The bartender was unprofessional, disrespectful and abrasive. I have stayed at motels with better people and amenities than this. '

'Hotel was ok, eigenlijk wat je verwacht bij een Holiday Inn Express, geen luxe maar prima basic kamer en ontbijt.'

'They gave a breakfast voucher. I was supposed to get a room with a pullout couch, but they didn’t have that so they brought a roll out bed. The toilet at first was broken in my room, but the staff immediately came to fix it. I didn’t like that there was barely light in the room. My son really enjoyed the pool. Overall I would say the stay was a 3.8/5.'

'Staff was super accommodating, room is spacious and clean and breakfast wasn’t as generic as most of the hotels I’ve stayed at, not to mention all of the restaurant/dining options nearby. Would definitely book here again.'

'I was at this hotel for four days and my room was never cleaned nor were the coffee supplies replenished. Trash cans not emptied nor was the bed made. Each day I had to go to the front desk and ask for more coffee and that it be replenished. On the second day I asked that my room be cleaned and it never happened. Staff seemed indifferent to their guests requests.'

'Room was good, staff is a different story. The best ones were the few dealt with when we checked. The older Hispanic lady was the rudest of the bunch with how she was supposed to do room service she would only ask us what we need and tell us to put the dirty towels on the cart for her'

'Really nice place and excellent staff. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage, pancakes, fruit, cereal, yogurt, breads and bagels, sometimes muffins or donuts. The hotel is about 30 minutes to attractions such as the zoo and art museum. They have a large parking lot, parking is free. I would stay here again. '
