Appartementen in King

'Owners were very nice. Told us to reach out if we needed anything. She offered to help us with our luggage. Very sweet. Even though we were forewarned about the sound of the pump in washroom, we weren’t expecting it to be that loud and running that often. The washroom is right behind the bed, so it will wake you up. The place was pretty clean, except the washroom and the entrance. Bed was comfortable and floors were clean. Location was great for where we needed to be. Beautiful neighbourhood....

'Very poor communication didn’t respond to messages and the apartment was extremely hot no air-conditioning'

'We enjoyed our stay, everything was very clean and bright. Communication with the host was very prompt. Far enough out of the big city but close enough to the big city with all amenities very close by. Would definitely stay here again.'

'It was so lovely to stay at Lily's place. It's a small space, pristinely clean, perfect, comfortable, exactly what we needed. Felt like a little respite every time we returned from being out. Lily is a wonderful host and made us feel so very welcome. The neighborhood is lovely, especially in the summer with sweet gardens everywhere. This will be our #1 choice when we return to the area, which we do regularly. Thank you so much, Lily and family :-)'

'Thank you for a pleasant stay.'

'Everything about the property was as advertised. Checking in was easy and the communication was good with the owner. It's a basement unit with a good size living space and plenty of windows to keep the rooms bright. The fixtures and appliance are starting to show its age but everything worked. Good to have a washer and dryer on site. Compared to hotel prices in Markham these days, I felt this was good value.'

'I really enjoyed the stay here my wife felt really comfortable and she even enjoyed it as well definitely renting this place out again in the future'

'Well kept clean and a nice area'
