Villa's in Killingworth

'The carpeting was old and smelled somewhat musty. The air conditioner in the room was horribly loud and blew cold air across the beds. Loud children in the hallway late and early. For one night it was ok but this is a bare bones place. I expected more from a Hilton brand. The last thing is the food and muffins were stale in the breakfast area. When we checked in I had to go through hurdles so the front office lady could find my Hilton Honors number. If she had searched herself we would have been...

'T.v. freezes every day all day !! Water won't go down the sink mold on the wall of the shower!! Water drips from the bathroom ceiling on to toilet seat !! At times bad smell of sewage. Got room online for a week came from Texas spent a lot of money for the room had to stay .Thank God old Saybrook was beautiful and a lot to see and do + the beach !! But NEVER will stay there again!!! Looks good online don't be fooled'

'I arrived and noone ws at the front desk no bell had to yell out to get someone to come to the front. The woman was pleasant enough but the room was supposed to be a new room with a King Bed, fridge microwave and it was a dark, dingy room with 2 full befs a fridge and microwave with one light not working. I had to go BACK to the front desk and yell again ( no one is EVER at the front desk to ask about the light and room the young girl there insisted it was the correct room and sent a young guy...
