Villa's in Killingworth

'Motel is old but everything works and it was quiet which is all I was looking for.'

'Klamme en vochtige kamer. Wij gaan er niet weer naar toe. Verouderde inrichting. Positief is de koelkast op de kamer. Handig met dit warme weer. Werkelijkheid en foto's site komen niet overeen. '

'Clean rooms. On the smaller side, so one full room barely comfortably seats 4 ppl. the pool was nice. the staff was very nice. comes with an outdoor seating area and a grill and a fire pit.'

'The house was cozy and comfortable. The location was great while dropping our son off at Wesleyan University for his sophomore year. The lake was a peaceful place to relax and read.'

'No daily service. Paper thin walls- can hear the neighbors pillow talk and family planning session at 2.30am. Guests having cell phone convos in the hall at 11pm. Other guest partying in the parking lot hanging by their commercial vehicles. The room window did not seal shut to mitigate the noise. Guest Trash was piled near the hall exits. There was NO exterior security access door- anyone could walk into the common areas at all hrs. Even for basic accomodations, major shortcomings.'

'Staff immediately addressed a loud room per my call to the desk. Good. The rooms do not block noise very well. Bad Location is convenient for highway access and staff was helpful. Basic room for a basic price.'

'The Stannard Inn is an absolute jewel box on the Connecticut shoreline! It is a beautifully decorated coastal chic Captain’s home with thoughtfully appointed guests rooms and public areas. The Innkeepers were so deliberate with the amenities they offered and we could not have been more comfortable or felt more welcome. Will definitely be back again'
