Ski On/Off: This home is located on the Great Eastern ski trail and offers ski on/off access when the trail is open. Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow, but our travel insurance has a weather clause that can be purchased. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates.
-Guest Occupancy: Do not exceed the agreed guest occupancy of 16 total. Over-occupancy will result in immediate eviction and fines.
