This a 7 bedroom, three bathroom. story newer home. This is a great neighborhood for quiet enjoyment. All the furniture, paint and carpet are new. All the bedding and bath necessities are new. The kitchen has individual coffee makers, coffee, cream and sugar or sweetener is provided. The referidgerator in the kitchen has labeled space for your food storage. You also have a large, locking, two door cupboard in the kitchen labeled with your room number for your non-fridge items. Large microwave, a dining table and chairs, All bedrooms and the living areas have new TVs, and wifi. This home has a BBQ grill, and the fully equipped kitchen that is available for your use. Less than 3 miles from Fort Hood, and Darnell Hospital. This house is a mile from the Killeen Civic & Conference Center/Convention & Visitors Bureau/Meeting Space and Vive Les Arts Theatre. Less than two miles from the Killeen Mall, and 10 miles to the Dana Peak Park - Swimming, Grill & Picnic Area at Stillhouse lake. Less than two miles from the Lions Club Park with a waterpark and many other amenities. The house rules are: quiet time is 8PM to 7AM, please clean and pick up after yourself, respect other guests. I live close by with my little poodle and bichon frise. Both are hypoallergenic dogs. Meaning they do not shed, or have dandruff. Both are friendly with people.

Please keep the front and back doors locked at all times. (for security)
No smoking or vaping on the premises. If you are a smoker, you may want to reconsider. (for respect, understanding and consideration)
Absolutely no one is allowed in the house if they are not on your reservation. (for security and freedom)
Absolutely no shoes are allowed in the house. Please leave your shoes in the trays provided at the front door. (for respect, understanding and consideration)
To be respectful to all guests, please be fully dressed when you are in the public/common areas of the house! (for respect, understanding and consideration)
