The space
Large modern self contained family house with very spacious private gated garden lawn on the family farm in the district of Killarney. Short driving distance to Killarney, Castleisland, Tralee, Dingle, Kerry airport and the ring of Kerry.


The house has two separate lounge areas, one sitting room and one sunroom / games room off the dining area.
There is a large kitchen with American fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. Presses are fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and plates etc.
There is a cozy dining area with table that seats 8 and views of the family farm.
There is a separate laundry room with washing and drying facilities.


Games and books are provided including outside soccer goals, table tennis, ring board and several board games and jigsaws.

The private lawn led garden extends all around the house enclosed by beech hedging to the road and a large field from the family farm to the rear and sides.
Patio furniture is provided along with a BBQ for summer days.

Other things to note
 For the comfort of all residents in our neighbourhood and surrounding area, no noise audible outside the garden after midnight and before 8am hrs. No additional guests or visitors on the premises other than those who have booked. No smoking anywhere in the building.
