“Ocean Blue” is a great place to enjoy quality décor and finishes for a great price! It is only the third house from the ocean and centrally located. Your family will love the convenience and ambiance this quaint seaside cottage offers. The beach is just minutes away with a sidewalk for safety. Two bedrooms are masters here, with the top level bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill-style bathroom. A great difference for you is that this house is not reverse floor plan! The kitchen and great room are on the middle floor making access to the family gathering space easy for all. In addition, young children can sleep on the top level without the overhead noise of teens and adults.

The ground level master bedroom is a quiet respite for its occupants. There is only one flight of stairs to access the great room from either bedroom level. Beautiful wood floors in the gathering areas and ceramic tile in the bathrooms give this beauty a sense of style. Kitchen has a center island and pantry with open concept great room and dining area, in addition to granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of room to gather around to help for mealtimes!

The top floor has two bedrooms and a cute sitting area with an ocean view through the window. All bedrooms have LCD TVs. The house is a short walk to a beach access that has a lifeguard stand (Memorial Day to Labor Day only). Adults and kids can walk to shopping, restaurants, and the Avalon Pier from the house. Drive a few minutes for family activities like go carts and putt-putt, the movie theater, many more restaurants, shopping, and the Wright Brothers National Park.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
