Looking for a nice condo for your family on the Outer Banks? You've found it at Station One condos in Kill Devil Hills!

Enjoy a partial ocean view from the your second floor condo in this condominium complex. Beach access is a just a quick two blocks away. Much care is evident in this cheerful 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation condo. It exudes a warm and relaxing environment for your Outer Banks vacation.

As you enter, enjoy the inviting living room with a pretty floral sofa and loveseat. Coordinating tables, lamps and beachy decor will give this space a lovely welcoming feel. Gather the family around the flat screen TV with a DVD player and have a fun night in with a great movie and a big bowl of popcorn! Or maybe just take this opportunity to simply enjoy some family time as you create wonderful new memories together!

The bright dining area has a light wood table, cute coastal decor and comfortable seating for 4. Two more family members can use the bar seats to join in on the family meal.

The kitchen space has been maximized to fully utilize every inch. Full size appliances, including a dishwasher are yours to enjoy, as well as all the tools and utensils you need to create anything from a simple snack to a meal. And of course, the most important appliance of all - the microwave for popping popcorn! There is a washer and dryer here for your convenience as well.

The En Suite features a Queen bed is furnished with white furniture and a coastal theme. The second bedroom has a Duo bunk. A second full bath in the hall offers additional privacy and convenience. Additional guests can take advantage of the sleep sofa located in the living room.

Decent Spot but cleanliness was a joke

When entering the unit for the first time we were met with dirty floors, countertops, and table tops. Upon further inspection we found hair in both bathrooms and overall not a clean unit. We reached out to the rental company, KEES, who were able to submit for a re-clean but we had to do the initial just to make us comfortable with our 3-year old on our first night. They also said they would refill the soaps which was never done. When the re-clean was done it was clear that attention to detail was not there. The appliances were also outdated and dirty.

Wedding anniversary

We stayed 5 nights and check in and overall stay was easygoing. We appreciated the little welcome pack in the kitchen and porch to sit out front for coffee in the mornings. Quiet stay and a nice walk to the beach. Burgers at the restaurant next door to the building were delicious!

Nice vacation spot

Nice condo but beach access wasn’t as close to the condo as described in description. There was a leak in the above condo and an area in the ceiling in the kitchen that was patched but peeling and falling in the floor. The dryer took 3 hours to dry clothes and didn’t fully dry the clothes.

Great for relaxing beach trip.

Apartment was perfect for a beach trip for my wife and myself. Plenty of room and stuff in the kitchen for staying in/food prep due to COVID reasons. TVs in each room for those rainy days. Washing machine and dryer in the apartment was great.

Overpriced beach spot

I wanted to love this property. The owners have done a decent job for a rental property. However, simple things on management like a slow running toilet for $15 repair in the master bathroom should be replaced. Also, TVs in the bedrooms need the remotes reprogrammed to work. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher were gross. Noisy tenants above us were annoying, but our kids are old enough to get over it, but that may not be the case for little toddlers, etc. The bedrooms should have black our curtains as the rooms are 15 degrees hotter at sunrise around 6am and not good for kids sleeping in rather than the living room. The condo is overpriced in my opinion for what you get, but we did have a good time regardless of the accommodations.

Good last minute place

We booked this property one week prior to heading to the OBX. We needed something close to the beach with a kitchen and spacious enough for two families. The layout of the condo is that of two master bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The location was excellent, just three blocks from beach access. And I enjoyed having the kitchen to make simple meals for the kids. The only things that we noticed were that the AC was very slow, especially if you make meals in the condo. I also noticed that although the place was clean, it was not "spotless". It is true that the beds are not the most comfortable, but overall we had a good time and would stay here again if we don't have a big enough group to rent a larger home.
