The Kigali Heights Mall across the street was great. Would definitely stay here again!'

'The place has great potential. A few things can be improved to make it better. The breakfast is basic, there is less things to eat each day. The food at restaurants is overcharged based on what you can find at nearby and better restaurants. Room are comfortable but amenities in room is lacking.. eg: there was only 2 hangers. Sanitary equipment is very old and outdated in bathrooms etc. The few improvements can give the place a better reputation and attract more customers. '

'Generally nothing so special to write home about this place. The apartments are rather noisy at night as they are close to the main road so the first couple of days were a bit uncomfortable. Frequent power outages and the stand-by generator was usually turned on 5 - 10 minutes later. For the amount of money paid, the services aren't as good.'
