The 42m² apartment is equipped with a queen-size bed, sofa bed, 55 "Smart TV, fast wi-fi, hairdryer, new fridge, coffee maker. A free parking lot is also part of the apartment.

This newly renovated apartment is characterized by the very high comfort and modern facilities. Whether you want to rest after a hard day's work or after a long day at the beach, you're in the right place.

The bright kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to take care of yourself. Use my brand new ceramic hob to conjure up the dish of your choice - enough pots, pans and sharp knives are available.
The living / bedroom is the heart of my apartment, because on the cozy sofa you can feel at home! Enjoy your favorite movie on the big 55 "Smart TV, or relax while surfing the high-speed Wi-Fi. What do you prefer? If necessary, the couch can be converted into a comfortable bed, creating a sleeping area of 1.40 mx 2.00 m for up to two people.
In addition, a very cozy box spring bed of 1.60 mx 2.00 m bed is ready for you so that you are fit again the next day. Enjoy the huge view into the distance and on the Fuhlensee. The curtains allow a strong darkening, so you can relax undisturbed.

In the bathroom is not only a shower waiting for you, but also plenty of fresh towels. A hairdryer with a lot of power can be found there as well.
