'We were at the Vail wine Festival anbd decided to stay here overnight before retuning to Denver. We had a 2 bedroom, my wife and I and a friend who travels with us. We were shocked at the size of the unit. It was huge. Large dining room, big kitchen and double Livingroom area and an outside patio with chairs and table area. The kitchen had every device you would ever want and some you had not thought of. They were arranged impeccably. The bedrooms were large, each one with it's own bathroom. I...

'We loved our stay. The only problem that we had was that the toilet room light did not work. Someone came out the same day to fix, but said they had to call maintenance. Maintenance came out the day before we were leaving to inspect it. Other than that, we loved the condo, loved the area. It was perfect for our family.'

'The photos of our rental made it seem like there was a large living room included in the rental. What we got was essentially 1/3 of an entire apartment with a terrible kitchen built into a hallway and bunk beds in a closet with no real place to eat for my family over Thanksgiving. I was so disappointed in this place due to the small size, the cleanliness, it having multiple issues including a floor heater that made terrible noises on average every two seconds all night while we tried to sleep...

'Not a pleasant experience. We booked this place and was notified less than 48 hours prior that they accidentally overbooked due to computer error and cancelled our reservation. Management was less than friendly nor did they try to find us another accommodation. A simply "sorry" is poor customer service which left us in a bind at the last minute. Will not book here again. '
