The ice maker in the fridge was never fixed. The futon was dirty, stained and broken. This place definitely needs some updating but for the price it was still a good value.
The property was easy to access, clean, and good for our family of five. The only issue is that the property is listed for 6 people but the dinner table only has four seats and no additional seats to sit at the table.
The first thing we noticed when we checked in was an overwhelming smell of smoke. The property was dirty and small. The pictures are deceiving. The pool house had a dirty hot tub, a plugged drain and missing boards in the sauna. I expected better from a Keystone property. I would not stay there again. (And Iâm not one to usually write negative posts).
This was my first visit to Keystone and Iâll definitely be back. The shuttle service made it very easy to get around the property. The unit was walking distance to the Conference Center where many of the group activities took place. The unit was very clean (I am super particular!). The check-in and check-out process was very easy. Communication was excellent as well. The only thing I would recommend is upgrading the futon and couch in the living room and having an ironing board (I shared this feedback with the property management company as well).
The property is very updated and nice. The view of the lake is beautiful. I was surprised that there was not many shops around the lake as there used to be, that was dissapointing. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a couch and futon cover that can be washed. They were dirty with spilled food/drink. The sheets for the pull out and futon also did not look clean. The bed in the bedroom was clean. Overall a good one night stay.
I would definitely make some improvements, there were no ceiling fans and only one pedestal fan that didnât work well to circulate air. I was told to open the windows, which were only two in the place, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The futon made the place look cheap and I would upgrade the size of the TVâs the one in the bedroom was the size of a I-Pa.
This was a beautiful spot right in the water. We enjoyed the gorgeous views and walkable access. We had hoped to paddleboard with our own boards, but unfortunately that is not permitted on the lake. That was the only negative thing, everything else was wonderful!
No fans in any room, hot in the summer, clumps of hair in the shower, and blood on the bathroom door frame. Close to everything but definitely will never be back.
I thought I was renting a two bedroom. The kitchen is a little tight and so is the area with the toilet and shower. Decent distance from the pool area. Beautiful views from the living room. Parking was great. Laundry wasnât all that far either. Overall had a great experience. Check in was easy. Trash can could have been larger and maybe have another large can for recycling. It worked well for my and my kids. Would definitely return.
We love to ski Keystone and wanted a quick 2 night stay with easy access to the Peru lift and the area around it. This condo was right off the silver bus route with easy access going to the mountain and back.
We had 6 people in this condo, and while snug, we had everything we needed. An extra fitted sheet for the futon would have been nice - just another layer to keep washing easier, you know?
The other reviews on here that said the master bedroom had a cigarette smoke smell to it were not wrong. I was hoping it was just a thing and by the time we reserved it, it would have been gone. Nope. It wasn't a strong smell, but super noticeable if you left the room and came back. An air freshner would make a huge difference!!
The view of the lake & mountains were awesome and the pool access was a great bonus for my younger kids! They LOVED it and asked if we could come back, just for the pool! đ
Thank you for an amazing deal for 6 (!) and a fun quick getaway over our Spring Break!
This property is very cozy. Very close to ski resorts. The view was amazing. My only suggestion would be to have a bench by the front door to sit down so you could take off your shoes.
