10/31/2025 note: building management has confirmed that the water boiler problems affecting the entire building's hot water system is finally fixed. As our unit is on the third floor in the most quiet corner this also placed us further from the water source requiring taps to run longer than normal to heat up. For the winter season guests will have no trouble enjoying very hot showers.

Locally owned and managed for 8 years now - we offer 24/7 check in and support services if any need should arise and taken care of through the offices just around the corner. You never need to worry about not getting someone on the phone to answer questions or offer assistance.

Come stay in our quiet 2 bed 2 bath end unit condo that sleeps 6 and is conveniently located in the heart of River Run village -- just steps from shopping, restaurants and the River Run gondola.

Our Unit provides the following comforts for use during your stay with us:

The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with dual sinks, and a shower/tub combination with stone tiling. The guest bedroom features a plush queen bed. The second bathroom features a single sink and a shower/tub combination. In addition, the comfy queen size pull out sofa sleeps 2 individuals. You will also find a humidifier and 2 fans in the unit, as well as an iron with ironing board, and plenty of extra blankets and pillows.

The living room has a fireplace, reclining lazyboy and overstuffed furniture that invites you to relax and recuperate after a long day of adventures that Keystone has to offer.

The kitchen has all the necessary essentials for your convenience including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, tea kettle, blender, bowls for mixing and storage, full silverware and cooking utensils, pots/pans/crock pot, plates, cups, and bowls.

Additionally, Silver Mill offers the following conveniences for your use during your stay:

• High speed wifi

• Two high speed elevators that will take you to your condo from the access controlled, heated parking garage under the building.

• Laundry facilities are located on the 4th and 5th floors. (This unit is on the 3rd floor which makes the laundry facilities very convenient if needed)

• A spacious lobby with a large gas fireplace, sitting area, game tables, and a pool table.

• Two hot tubs, sauna, outdoor grills and access to the Dakota pool

• A well equipped fitness room with treadmills, elliptic machine, bike, rower, smith machine, free weights and yoga balls/mats

The toilet in the master needs repair it is loose , kitchen cupboard below sink is partially loose, showers have no bar or shampoo or soap holder which would be helpful. . The worse was warm water not hot to take a shower. The beds were very comfortable including the pillows, very clean. Kitchen well stocked. Over all very nice, the water was the worse. Thank you

Great experience

Check-in was simple -- you just need to pay attention to the fact that it is off-site and you need to locate it ahead of time from the check-in information provided via email.The condo was pretty, very clean and bright, with quality bedding and linens. The primary suite is roomy and private with double sinks and lots of counter space, and the toilet is located in its own enclosed space. We were there for the bluegrass and beer festival and loved the convenience of being right there in the middle of everything. As others commented, if you don't mind taking the stairs, this being an end unit makes it really convenient to go in and out. We also really enjoyed the covered balcony where we could go to take a break or sit out a brief rainstorm without having to be inside. The condo was very comfortable for 2 couples and the sleeping areas not being next door to each other allows for privacy. The kitchen was well stocked, but a new skillet would be a good addition to replace one that has received some hard use and seen better days.The owner responded quickly to a couple of questions we had prior to check-in, and was super helpful and responded immediately when we initially had a problem with the hot water. The issue was resolved quickly and everything was perfect during the remainder of our stay.

Entire condo was adequate, but certainly not as big as pictures make it look. Hot water only available if you let it run 10 minutes or longer, everyday. Having the shop close was nice, but many of them are closed during the week. Close to nice bike path. Gondola never operated while we were there for 4 days. Couch bed not worth using. Nice back porch. We found garage parking to be inconvenient as it was quite a walk to condo. Jacuzzis were wonderful, billiards table was fun, exercise room is well equipped. Overall nice place, just small for our party of four.

Check in Not Fun -but nice property

The heck in process was confusing to say the least. We spent close to an hour trying to find the central check in location. I would say there were others wondering around as well. All looking for this mysterious central check in locations. An agent from another property management literally took us in her car and guided us. The check in desk was not in the building we were in. It was actually down the road a ways that getting to by car was not possible. Thank you for the guardian angel who helped. Property was nice once we finally got our key card and settled in. Future travelers should really know that the address of the unit is Not where you get your key cards. Be sure and get the exact location of the check in location.

Timing of check in

We came for the bourbon & bacon festival in River Run. It started at 1 and check in was at 3. We were told there was no way of getting around coming back at 3 to check in. The whole idea of staying at the condo was that we would not need to drive that afternoon because we would be drinking. There should be a way to work around that.
