Not exactly what I expected

The property was clean but someone forgot to tell us that all the property information was to be found by scanning a QR code, so we felt confused without any information in the unit. Also the furniture not being as shown in the picture is OK except that the beds ended up being a full and two twins which was embarrassing, since I rented the place for us and another couple. Finally, I was under the impression that the shuttle was more convent to the ski area than it was...we had to either take another shuttle to get to River Run or the chairlift to get over to a non-bunny hill situation, which burns up a bunch of time.... easier to just drive to the river run parking lot and walk, unfortunately. Overall, the place was nice enough, and clean and all but just not what I expected for the price. I was hoping for more of a resort experience. We could have stayed a lot of places that were less expensive and just as, or more convenient. This place would work best for beginner skiers/ski-lesson types renting equipment, and not concerned with how much time it takes to get to the ski area on the shuttle.... also the parking is kind of far from the door so you have to haul all your stuff: they give you carts, but there are a bunch of stairs, so the cart only gets you so far.

Great Keystone property

Looking on the map, I expected to be on the main road leading to Keystone’s base (River Run). I ended up in a wonderful 2 bedroom condo less than 100 yards from the River Run gondola! What a great location!! Walked to breakfast and dinner everyday. Plenty of room for 4-5 adults comfortably. Underground parking very convenient.

Not the property i booked.

there was nothing wrong with condo buy it was not the condo i booked, arrived very late and we checked in, simply too tired at that point to question it. the management company was in fact Keystone so I assume they just allocate whichever property is available.
