This home is located close to Duval Street, Smathers Beach, Higgs Beach and Conch Harbor, the center of all things Key West. This home was built in 2008 which is a rarity in the Old Town area!

LOCATION: This tropical destination is a 6 minute bicycle ride to Duval Street where you will be dazzled with boutiques, restaurants, nightlife, gallery viewing, shopping and an abundance of other activities, yet our neighborhood is quiet and serene. The home is located close to Duval Street, Smathers Beach, Higgs Beach and Conch Harbor, it is the center of all things Key West.

HOUSE LAYOUT: The home boasts a gorgeous modern open living space, a new pool with waterfall, patio furniture creating an outdoor oasis. This home has hard wood floors and modern tile throughout, a spacious family room, central air, washer/dryer located inside the home, a dishwasher all rarities in Key West rentals and makes this a truly enjoyable space.
The kitchen boasts all high-end appliances. The refrigerator provides cold water, standard ice maker and an ice-ball maker for those that enjoy libations. In addition there is a separate bar for wine enthusiasts which includes a temperature controlled wine cooler.
The kitchen provides the perfect seating options, both a large dining room table seating eight as well as a separate bar seating four.
The entire back of the home opens up with sliding glass doors spanning from the ceiling to floor to expose a private tropical oasis with pool, fountain, an electric awning, gardens and multiple seating areas.

BEDROOMS: This home offers 3 beautiful bedrooms, each with their own private full bathroom as well as a half bathroom on the first floor. Every bedroom has a television, all have tropical décor, new linens and comforters.
The second floor features 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a queen bed, dresser, two night tables and a large walk in closet with private balcony overlooking the gardens.
The second bedroom has two twin beds, a night stand, dresser and large closet.
The third floor has a private indoor staircase with a door that can be closed to maximize privacy. This bedroom has a king bed, sitting parlor, desk work area as well as a tiled and glass shower topped off with a large jacuzzi jet bathtub. This floor is an absolute escape.
The living room additionally includes a brand new sofa queen sleeper.

PETS: No pets are allowed in this home, this is NOT pet friendly.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: The tropical outdoor space is furnished with several seating areas both in the sunshine and shade. The back of the home offers a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle of nearby Duval Street.
