We loved the view especially at sunrise while the pelicans were diving for their breakfast ! The pools and bbq areas were very nicely avalable! The stairway to the upper bedroom was a little intimidating for us 70 year olds. But we managed. It took a little getting used to the upper bath being divided the way it is. Befs wrte comfortable amd room sizes were great. Residents were all very friendly and the location was perfect.

Nice balcony / good location

The condo is showing its age just a bit but it was still clean and functioning well. It had a beautiful balcony with a lovely view and easy access to both the ocean and the pool which was great. The layout for the second bedroom / bathroom is a bit odd but it worked out. I thought they could have provided a few more amenities like little shampoo / conditioner and more than one roll of paper towels. Just seemed kind of skimpy on that kind of stuff. The property management company was great and very easy to work with. We had to reach out for a couple of minor things and they were extremely responsive and helpful. Overall very positive!

This property is in a great location in a great complex. The unit itself is dated and only a 2 bedroom. It was stocked well but could use a refresh and deep clean. The HVAC was old and left us either freezing or hot with many of us coughing by the end of the week. Blackout curtains would have been an easy addition so we could sleep past su respobsive.nrise. It was so nice to be right on the water. The large deck overlooking the ocean was particularly wonderful because in addition to the view, it was above all the stinging insects of Key West. It is a very quiet location which is important to me.

A wonderful KW vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at KWBC, the condo was comfortable, the views were great and the location kept us out of the downtown chaos. We also enjoyed our time at the pool daily, the staff does a great job with the upkeep of the complex. I recommend KWBC for a Kew West vacation.

Great view and property

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was as advertised. The view was spectacular. The location is away from the main upub of downtown Key West which is what we wanted. Be aware the second story stairs are steeper than they look in the pictures. Everything is very well maintained and the neighbors of the community are friendly.

Beautiful Key West Beachfront!

I Key West Beach Club is in a beautiful location, perfect for a quick walk to a couple of different stretches of beach, both ideal for swimming in the shallow, warm waters. Despite this time of year‘s oppressive heat and humidity, it was a beautiful location and very comfortable. Anything we needed as far as basic amenities were there for us in the apartment, and one minor issue that needed attention was reported one day and handled that same day. Could not have been an easier situation. The booking agency laid everything out for us ahead of time and we knew everything we needed to know before we even got there. We rented an electric car to get us back-and-forth from the downtown area and that just added another level of fun to our vacation. Overall it might have been the wrong time of year to vacation there, but where we stayed was perfect. I would definitely return to this location and we had a lot of fun in Key West because the location was so perfect, comfortable, clean and with stunning views! Thank you so much for the opportunity to enjoy the Key West Beach Club ! We hope to return sooner than later

Perfect Vacation

This property was just as described and pictured. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony (our favorite spot to hang out after a long day visiting Duval St). Uber rides were abundant (a little too far to walk to most places) but a quick ride into downtown and close to so many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Beautiful location. Gorgeous and warm pool! Unique interior design. Beach had a lot of sargassum, but we found a lot of sea-glass!. Couldn’t swim or walk along beach, but that was everywhere. Otherwise wonderful stay.

Relaxing escape in a beautiful condo in Key West

Clean condo with a fantastic view of the ocean. Away from the noise of Duval but a short walk to pristine beaches and a 10-15 mins walk to amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Condo was clean and as advertised, with the highlight being the large deck over the ocean. Would recommend and will stay again!

Black Beach

So overall we has a nice stay. But we're all in our 50's so it doesn't take much to make us Happy, lol However, there were a few details about the condo and area that I feel we're purposely left out on the Vrbo add that would have made me book somewhere else had I known!! (1) The beaches ⛱️ have ALOT to be desired right now because of the Black Algae Everywhere. No one mentioned or told us about this nor was it mentioned in the Ad. The water was Black, strong smell of sulfur or farts in the air. Very undesirable and I feel we should have been given a reduced rate due to not being able to use the beach on property. Had I known I would have booked somewhere else in Florida that didn't have this issue.I hadn't been to the beach in years and was very disappointed that I couldn't enjoy the beach bc of the horrid smell, and Algae thick black water . (2) Our condo was on the higher end $$$ wise and the AC didn't work upstairs. It was plenty cool down stairs but upstairs was kind of miserable 🙃 even with a couple of fans blowing. And the TV upstairs only had 1 working channel. It wasn't even a Smart TV so we couldn't watch Netflix or anything. May as well not even of had the TV up there bc it was useless. (3) We weren't made aware that we didn't even have a designated parking spot for the golf cart we rented to get around. So of course we were parking where the rest of the residents park in parking deck under the building. We were told 4 days in to move our cart or they would have it towed! So I had to call the Company and ask where I could park , which was outside the building in one of the maintenance spots by the trash cans. Idk...you would think for the (premium )$$$$ money the Condo would have an actual parking spot 🙄. Despite these issues the 4 of us had a good time. We found things to do further out on the water like snorkeling, Kayaking and Sailing. But you really do have to get a few miles out on the water to be free of the Black Algae/ Dark water. Bring your big wallet tho bc Everything in KeyWest is more Expensive than other places in Florida.

Resort Style Vacation

The view and square footage of this property is worth every penny. Spacious in every turn. The stairs are narrow but that’s the intended style. It seems Interior updates are being made as they come up but everything is in working order. AC works wonderful but the floor fans are nice should you choose (summer in Florida, it’s expected, we as Floridians know this) The building, landscape, garage, etc exceptionally maintained by the HOA. Pool area is truly resort style with chaise lounges, cabanas, couches, covered dining and grill area, all with unobstructed view. Management company was a breeze to work with. We will be back next year.
