« The Hotel was under renovation, but it didn’t interfere with our very wonderful, peaceful and comfortable stay. The staff maintained cleanliness and safety. The breakfast that came with our stay was FANTASTIC! If I could give all the staff at the Hampton Inn on Clemson Rd in Columbia, SC a 20 out of 5, I would! Thank you❤️ Carol and Tom Cruz Michigan »

« Ray at the front desk was great - very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast choices were great. The lady putting the food out was helpful in answering my question. The rooms had hardwood floors so I could hear the activity/movements in the room above us. We were there for the weekend and I was disappointed that my dirty towels had not been picked up and new ones had not be issued, nor were the trashcans emptied. Ray did give me clean towels upon request though. »

« The hotel I picked was not a good choice on my part. Very rough area, broken down cars and trucks in the parking lot, and drunken arguments in the parking lot till late at night. Felt like a halfway house. I did not have any problems personally and the people I came across were nice. »

« The employees were awesome! Room was awful. I checked out a day early. Needs to be gutted and started all over. Flooring had big gaps, dead roaches squashed on pictures, just a nasty room. »

« There was confusion over the length of our stay (2 nights) every time we visited the office, including the time our key cards stopped working the second day. The room had a stale smoky smell. The towels were so threadbare they were translucent! We were provided a quarter roll of toilet paper with no holder in the bathroom so I had to fetch one from the office, along with coffee that was watery and worthless. Suspicious stains on the bathroom wall. Pillows were flat and mattresses were not. I...

« I ended in this place after my 1st reservation at Motel 6 was a total loss of money, time and stressful. After not being relocated due to horrible "Expedia" Customer Service, i was left stranded for "2 days" and had to book this place at least for 1 night to sleep with my underage brother. The reception area was decent, and the Customer service was great, I'm not going to lie. But our room just smelled like a humid old room and the restroom was dirty. We also found a black trash bag in our room...

« Ummm..the railing to the balcony had been taped off with caution tape on the second floor and was being supported by 2x4 underneath. Did not seem safe at all. Also, we have stayed here multiple times and the advertised pool has never been open. Usually the room is clean, but not this time. There was hair all over the bathroom floor and towels were stained some brown substance. May not stay here again. We are used to the sketchy characters that stay here, but someone was pounding on my son's...
