The accommodation
The villa offers a very pleasant living environment while remaining very close to the lively atmosphere and the beaches.
You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen and a large, airy living room that opens to the outdoors and the pool. This living space allows you to fully enjoy the villa, no matter the weather.
The living room floor is unique, featuring a blend of rot-resistant wood and white polished concrete. The result is truly stunning and warm.
The three bedrooms are beautiful and air-conditioned, with tasteful decor, and each features a private bathroom with a toilet.
The decor blends restored antique furniture with a modern style (polished concrete).

The pool features a built-in jacuzzi as well as a deck where you can relax and cool off.
You can also soak up the sun on the sun loungers provided or relax in the gazebo at the end of the pool.

Everything has been arranged to ensure you have a wonderful vacation!

You’ll have exclusive access to the entire villa you’ve booked.
Swimming pools, hot tub, living room, and 3 bedrooms.
Additional notes
The villa is part of a complex of two nearly identical villas that can be combined into a single large villa via a wooden partition wall that can be slid open when a single group rents the entire complex.
As a result, there may occasionally be disturbances from the neighbors, although this rarely happens.

You can park scooters in front of the villa’s entrance, but not a car. If you’re arriving by car, you’ll need to park it outside the alley, on the street, taking care not to obstruct traffic.

Two villas are nearing completion at the entrance to the alley, which is still occasionally causing noise disturbances (finishing work is underway) and making the access path a bit messy.
The new construction is NOT attached to the villa; it is a little further down the alley.
