'The room we had was super charming and had everything we could possibly need. I got the best night’s sleep of my entire trip while we were there. I would most definitely stay there again if I were in the area again.'

'The hotel is spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and give good advice of the area. It is a lovely walk into the town too. The food was exceptional everything of choice you could possibly wish for.'

'Excellent throughout our stay.'

'Great location for a place to stay in Shrewsbury. Abbey Foregte is close enough to the town centre for walking in, but quiet enough for staying. Parking was plentiful at the weekend. Room had everything you needed - plenty of tea & coffee, as well as corkscrew and wine glasses 😉. Would recommend staying here.'

'We recently stayed at the St Nicholas Boutique Hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of comfort and room to relax. In the morning, the breakfast was absolutely delicious and the perfect start to our day. A special shout-out to Brush, who makes the absolute best Porn Star Martinis at the bar! Throughout our entire stay, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. We loved our short time here and will definitely be...

'Property was beautiful. Fixtures & fittings high quality. Parking free and easy access into the Town Centre on foot.'

'Great little inn over the river from the main part of Shrewsbury so much quieter. Easy walking into town just over the bridge. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Nepalese restaurant as part of the premises. Good food at a reasonable price. Onsite parking is a bonus.'

'The property was great. My party really enjoyed it. The only issue is that it was very cold when we arrived. I would suggest in winter having the heat on several hours prior to guest arrival. Otherwise, a great experience. '

'Highly recommend to stay at Cromwell’s Tap House. It’s located in the heart of Shrewsbury, at walking distance of pretty much everything in town. Only 7 minutes from the train station. The rooms were located on the first floor above the pub. We heard no noise whatsoever, and only in the morning we heard some cars go by, but it was of no nuisance to us. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and there were a lot of amenities like a hairdryer, coffee, tea, and towels. The linen were also...

'The staff went out of their way to provide me with a breakfast in the morning as I was unable to make the time due to catching an early train.'

'Tired, run down hotel in need of investment. No breakfast, no lifts'

'A bit noisy but great location otherwise'

'Crazy tight parking, witnessed one lady crawling through the hatch to get to the driving seat to get her car out. Short staffed, service was slow at the restaurant, took 45 minutes to get a drink, and no they were not busy just untrained people. Young Chef at breakfast had a bad attitude, slamming down dishes and cutlery, completely put me and family off of breakfast. Good location for walking the town of Shrewsbury, and the bus station is next door, so you don't have to unwedge your car from...

'We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and in an excellent location. The kitchen and living area were both well-equipped and comfortable, making it a great place to relax. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. One small suggestion for improvement: the laundry took quite a while to complete a cycle, so providing a few additional instructions for using the washer and dryer would be helpful for future guests.'

'Great location, convenient parking. Good for 4-6 people but would be a squeeze downstairs with 8. We made good use of the outside space. Well equiped kitchen. Love Shrewsbury.'
