'They were not available to help my parents when they arrived at the property late night and didn’t open the door on them , even though i was informing them my parents are coming late night due to their flight schedule, after so many back and forth with Expedia and hotel directly, they accused us being dishonest and didn’t refund my money back! Worst customer service ever'

'Clean, friendly, and felt like home; plus, it was very convenient to take the subway to other attractions.'

'使いやすかったです'

'Hotel staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms were super nice and comfortable! Amazing stay. I would come back here again every time.'

'Kleinschaligheid is mooi. Anoush, het restaurant is bijzonder goed. Traaag maar goed.'

'If you want an ordinary hotel with a reception desk and a lady behind it, if you like strict hotel rules, this hotel is not for you. This is an hotel where you are seen and treated as a person. When you enter you are welcomed by the owner who invites you to the hotel terrace and offers you a drink. This terrace is the centre of this hotel with 7 rooms. You meet there other guests, but also friends and family of the owner, However it's not busy. I have spend there many evening in the sunset...

'We were happily surprised with this hotel.. everything was perfect: new hotel nicely decorated, friendly staff, comfortable room, water, slipper and bathrobe in the room, delicious breakfast. They always helped us when we asked them. '

'It was an amazing experience'
